My new novel 'The Legacy of Solomon' has inspired me to set up a new sub-site, which I am in the course of building. This site presents an investigation into the origins of the Temple of Solomon, its final destruction, an overview of the ancient history of Israel and its position at the crossroads of the empires that existed in and around the Fertile Crescent. This is in no way a scholarly work, but it may be of interest to all those who are puzzled by religious texts, the different stories of our monotheist religions as well as the long standing discussion between biblical and non-biblical archaeologists
